The Grammy nominated singer is gearing up to release her 7th studio album titled DREAM, which is expected to drop November 6th. Angie has been working in the studio with superproducer Walter W. Millsap III (Beyonce, Mariah Carey& Brandy). She also called up on R&B legend Dave Hollister (Blackstreet) to be featured on a track called “Begin Again.”

If you thought Angie was through with churning out R&B hits, she may prove you wrong.

“Crazy Talk” is a new show on OXYGEN. But, word on the curb is that Tanisha Thomas may have already been AXED from the show. Decide if you believe it inside…

So we have a bit of tea we'd like to spill today. We’re hearing reality starlet Tanisha Thomas has already left the brand new show “Crazy Talk.”  In fact, she MAY have possibly gotten fired.

Let’s bring you up to speed a bit…

Tanisha Thomas rose to reality world fame when she first appeared on the hit OXYGEN show “Bad Girls Club.” She was the loud mouth, tell-it-like it is, no filter chick that didn’t take any crap from anyone. She quickly became a fan favorite and went on to host several reunion shows. "Pop Off Son!"

Since then, she has appeared on a few other reality shows (“Tanisha Gets Married,” “Marriage Boot Camp’”), and also recently earned a spot as a co-host on OXYGEN’s new show that premiered in September titled, “Crazy Talk.”  She's also changed her image for the good. She still has a little fiestiness in her, but as she would say, the Lord isn't through with her yet.

On the nationally syndicated series, Tanisha and her co-host Ben Aaron inject their raw and hilarious banter into some of the most outrageous and most watched clips from reality television shows and around the Internet.

Sounds good right?

Well it was…up until recently. Supposedly.

Sources tell us that Tanisha was ALLEGEDLY fired on the set of “Crazy Talk” at Stamford Media Center in Connecticut recently. Oh?

So what happened? Was the show cancelled? Nope, the show has NOT been cancelled, but Tanisha is supposedly no longer apart of it. The reason? We hear she didn’t fit the demographic they want to reach for the show. 

Hmm...Did they not have that figured out before hiring her? Hmph.

We noticed a fan snapped a pic with her for social media on the set a few weeks ago.  The fan revealed it was one of her last shows.  Also, the show's Twitter account and new promo pics now only show Ben as the host.

So either the parting was amicable, or she got the axe.

IF this is true, Tanisha hasn’t said anything about it, nor has OXYGEN. We've reached out to show producers and Tanisha's team with no response.

Guess we will just have to wait and see....

Kim Coles gears up for wedding #2 in the newest episode of “David Tutera’s CELEBrations.” And in the exclusive clip we have for you, we see her bridesmaids cause a little drama on her wedding day. See what happened inside…

Former “Living Single” star Kim Coles is set to trek down the aisle…again. Following her small weddingto her man Reggie Mckiver in the Dominican Republic over the summer, Kim called up celebrity even planner David Tutuera for an over-the-top lavish wedding ceremony.

Their first wedding was pretty small and intimate. Now, the 53-year-old actress and her 41-year-old now husband (formerly a SWAT officer) are ready for round two and they aren’t settling for nothing short of the best.

Kim called on one of her good friends and former “Living Single” co-star Erika Alexander to be her matron of honor for the ceremony. Sounds like a good idea right? Well, right before the wedding, Erika decides to do a bridesmaids photoshoot in the driveway, resulting in them delaying her wedding! Chile….

VH1 producers don't want you to know, but we're spilling the tea anyway.  Remy Ma and Papoose had their formal wedding last night that Remy's been saying she wants.  We've got everything that went down inside, including a huge fight between Peter Gunz and wife Amina...

"Love & Hip Hop New York" stars Remy Ma and Papoose are married...again.  The couple originally got married inside of a courtroom in 2008. Remy and Pap told the story on the season 6 premiere this week and it involved a courtroom and a phone right at the beginning of Remy's prison sentence.

Now that she's free over 6 years later, Remy revealed she wants a REAL wedding.

Her wish was granted as Remy and Papoose had an official "All Black Affair" wedding last night in Connecticut.  Of course, the VH1 cameras were rolling (since they likely footed the bill).

Rem looked pretty in a white cinderella gown as her Terror Squad homie Fat Joe was there by her side.

We've got exclusive details on who else was there and the fight that went down.

Yandy Harris (rocking a Duckie Confetti gown) and Cam'Ron's girlfriend JuJu posed it up inside the wedding.

Remy's good fried Keyshia Cole was also there looking damn good in a Roger Rodney gown.  Keyshia, who served as maid of honor, offered best wishes to her friend on social media while holding a bouquet of flowers.

Also in attendance: Fat Joe, Ice T & Coco, Mona Scott Young, and Peter Gunz and Amina.

Remy and Pap's co-stars Peter and Amina cut ALL THE WAY up, we're told. As you know, from the premiere episode we saw that Peter "ended up" in bed with his "ex" and babies' mother Tara.  We then learned Tara moved into the same building as Peter and his new wife Amina.  Why Lordt?!

Peter (pictured above with co-star Rich Dollaz at the wedding) and Amina just had a new baby together last year.  We've also heard from unconfirmed sources that Tara is now pregnant as well.

That may explain why Peter and Amina got into a huge fight at last night's wedding!

Our source tells us Amina yelled at Peter and said, "Why am I on birth control and why wasn't she?!"

Yes, she was referring to Tara.  Bloop!

After the screaming match, Amina stormed off in a SUV!

Our source tells us,"Rem and Pap got that unheard of black love going on and that's a blessing.  But everybody else's sh*t is in shambles!"

Although Angela Simmons and Romeo Miller were never really in an official relationship, there’s still some chemistry between the two. So you can imagine the awkwardness when Angela met his girlfriend for the first time. See how it went down inside….

It’s obvious “Growing Up Hip Hop” stars Angela Simmons and Romeo Miller have a special friendship. They even admittedto having“amazing chemistry” during a recent interview with “The Breakfast Club.” So you can imagine there was some awkwardness when Angela met his girlfriend Toneata Morgan for the first time. Especially since Romeo told Angela he wanted his girlfriend to be JUST like her.

TheYBF.com has an exclusive sneak peek at tonight’s episode where we first see Angela chopping it up with Boogie Dash about her stalker at an event she put together for her faux fur line, Foofi.

Boogie urges Angela to start being escorted around by security because she’s not "a regular person."  He advises her to have security with her at all times since you never know what a stalker is capable of. And he's right. People can be crazy!

After their convo, Romeo Miller walks in with his girlfriend on his arm and that’s when things start to get a bit...weird. Romeo warmly greets Angela before photogs start asking for pictures. Toneata slides in the picture next to her boyfriend only to have a photographer ask her to move to the side, so he could get a picture of just Romeo and Angela.

Things are getting crazy as all hell on this season of "Marriage Bootcamp: Reality Stars."  Housemates Benzino and Sundy Carter confront each other...in front of their significant others...over allegations they had sex.  Deets inside...

When episode 6 of season 4 of "Marriage Bootcamp: Reality Stars" airs tomorrow night, all hell will break loose in the house.

Former "LAHH: ATL" star Benzino and former "Basketballwives: LA" star Sundy Carter are at each other's throats again, weeks after Benzino alluded to the fact he and Sundy were previously some type of item.

In tomorrow's episode, Benzino's baby's mother Althea tells Sundy that Zino says he had sex with her.  Well, this is news to Sundy AND her estranged husband Cedric, whom she told nothing happened between the two of them.  Get that clip HERE.

The aftermath is interesting as Sundy confronts Zino about what he said, and she denies they ever had sex.  She says they just "laid in the same bed."

“Love & Hip Hop: New York” star Tara Wallace is good and pregnant with her third baby. And she’s showing off her growing baby bump in a brand new photoshoot that we exclusively got our hands on. Check out her new pregnancy shoot and the sex of her baby with Peter Gunz inside…

While some folks may have an issue with “LAHH: NY” star Tara Wallace getting pregnant again by Peter Gunz, who’s still married to co-star Amina Buddafly, she’s unbothered by the criticism.

Tara exclusively tells TheYBF.com she’s living in a no-judgment zone and has no regrets about having another child by Peter.

“Maya Angelou wrote ‘A woman always has the right to change her mind,’ and in that moment I changed mine!,” she tells TheYBF.com.“I’m only obligated to be true to me and what I have created. I have always remained true to all that I have said and still don't judge myself in my journey!”

Well there you have it.

In a brand new pregnancy shoot, the soon-to-be mom-of-three glams it up in a few different looks to celebrate the coming birth of her new bundle of joy. In one of the pictorials, the Jackson State University alum shows off her growing baby bump wearing nothing but a cognac cropped fur coat and bleached faded straight leg jeans. The vampy lip and long, curly tresses finished the look.

In a few lighter photos, the budding actress pushed a vintage baby carriage along in a colorful number with her baby bump on display:

Tara sat down for an interview on ESSENCE Live where she mistakenly reveals the sex of her baby, three days after revealing she was pregnant by Peter Gunz. Tara and Peter will be welcoming another baby boy who will join his big brothers Jamison and Kaz. This makes baby #9 for Peter who had his last child, a baby girl named Cori, with his wife Amina Buddafly in 2014.

While talking about her baby, Tara slips up and says “he,” mistakenly disclosing the sex. She announces she has a name picked out already, but we’ll have to wait a while before she gives it up. Peep the clip above.

Actor Michael Jai White is all the way here for a boycott of the Oscars.  He says the golden statue doesn't escalate black actors' careers anyway.  And he's even spitting off receipts.  Find out what he tells us inside...

AdultSwim's "Black Dynamite" star Michael Jai White isn't holding back when blasting the Oscars and everything they stand for. 

We caught up with him and his new wife Gillian -- fresh off a birthday vacay to Turks and Caicos -- on the snow-filled streets on New York yesterday about the #OscarsSoWhite campaign.  While in town taking meetings before heading back to L.A., this guy held nothing back. 

Michael tells TheYBF.com that the Oscars are actually the kiss of death for a black actor's career saying:

"What has Oscar done for black actors? Usually an Oscar win or nomination marks the end or decline of the careers of black actors."

He spit off receipts citing:

"Lou Gossett Jr., Cuba Gooding Jr., Jennifer Hudson, Angela Bassett, Gabby Sidibe, Barkhad Abdi, Whoopi, Monique, Halle, Will Smith, Jamie Foxx, or if you’re lucky, you just get to continue the career you’ve already had in progress; Denzel, Morgan Freeman, Samuel L Jackson, Chiwetel, Idris, with Oscar neither providing a bump in advancement nor speed bump in prevention of pace."

Bloop.  He may have a point. 

Michael continued,

"I’ve always seen the Oscars as “The Kiss Of Death” for black actors, especially if they weren’t already Box Office vetted. If there was a case where I’ve forgotten a black actor who’s career skyrocketed after the Oscar win, I’d like to hear it… It would be understandable for me to have forgotten someone but how would we forget someone so famous? Well we haven’t! Like sun tanning, we can participate but it doesn’t have quite the same affect when you aren’t white."

Ha.

The former Why Did I Get Married? star said white actors get the push of a lifetime when they win.  He tells us:

"There is a major difference for what Oscar does for white folks who you’d never even heard of prior to them winning or nominated; Eddie Redmayne, Matt Damon, Leonardo DiCaprio, Sylvester Stallone, Michael Fassbender, Kate Winslet, Jennifer Lawrence. I think you can see the difference in their career growth post Oscar AND I’M ONLY USING TWO OF THIS YEARS ACTOR CATEGORIES! What if I used the entire list of all white actors? We make the mistake of buying into the relevance of something proven to be irrelevant to the level of dark comedy."

As for fellow actor Jada Pinkett Smith's call for change...and possibly a boycott...Michael is all the way here for it.  Especially since we don't seem to matter to the Academy anyway:

"I applaud Jada Pinkett Smith for starting this dialog and whether folks believe it’s self serving on her behalf or not, she is right about standing up for ones integrity. If we don’t matter to the Academy, why should they matter to us? It’s not like we supported the images of us they endorsed anyway! It’s like a long cruel joke and we’re making ourselves the punchline by giving it so much weight. I’d just like some cause and effect beneath all the rhetoric."

By the way, he says BET should lead the pack by running black movies at the same time as the Oscars saying:

"I’d love to see BET program something like; John Henrik Clarke’s “A Great And Mighty Walk” [Produced by Wesley Snipes] to air the same time as the Oscars. We can have our households watch something relevant to us and in unity. We can make it OUR NIGHT, watch with pride and add to BET’s bottom line."

So, will you be watching the Oscars next month?  Or has apathy already set in?

Remember when "LAHH" star Benzino got shot at his mother's funeral...by his own cousin?!  Well for the first time he's opening up about it on TV...and he broke down crying.  Get it inside...

Another night, another overly emotional night in the "Marriage Bootcamp" house.  on tonight's episode of "Marriage Bootcamp: Reality Stars," the couples are trying to get down to their sources of hurt and forgiveness.  The way Benzino and baby's mother Althea Heart have been fighting -- and we mean FIGHTING (Althea tried to beat Zino down in their bedroom on camera!) -- we're sure their sources of hurt are freaking huge.

So, while working on forgiving, Benzino revealed he was ambushed by the gunman -- his nephew -- who shot him on the day of his mother’s funeral.  Tragic.

Also on tonight's episode, Sundy Carter reveals a MAJOR secret about her past and the person who stole her innocence....

We’re just hours away from Keke Palmer taking the stage as the mouthy, yet prissy Pink Lady Marty Maraschino on FOX’s live musical production “Grease Live!,” a live adaptation of the cult classic Grease.

The 22-year-old actress gives TheYBF.com a backstage pass at dress rehearsals leading up to her huge performance before a live studio audience tonight. And we were able to chop it with the YBF chick as she prepped for another run-through of the show.

Yesterday, the cast and crew held rehearsals before tonight’s big show. Before hitting the stage, Keke had a visitor in her dressing room, co-star Jordan Fisher (atop), who stopped by to show some love. Cute. 

The actress/singer/dancer has been hitting rehearsals for weeks in preparation for the live production. She's been keeping fans in the loop via her SnapChat and we noticed her co-star Vanessa Hudgens (above), who will star as Pink Lady honcho Rizzo, is all over that thing. We had to ask, who's the Grease castmate that she has biggest girl crush on?

“Vanessa for sure," Keke told exclusively tells TheYBF.com. “But honestly, all of the Pink Ladies. It has been such a pleasure working with them all.”

In sad news, Vanessa announced her father passed away after a battle with cancer last night. She said she's still going to perform tonight in his honor. Condolences to her and her family.

While Keke is certainly a star in her own right, we wanted to know when was the last time she was star struck. Like, completely fanned out when she met another star. She revealed,

“Meeting Eve Plumb on set just now! She played Jan Brady on ‘The Brady Bunch.’ She is playing Mrs. Murdoch in 'Grease Live' and I just realized after all of these rehearsals who she was! Crazy right ??!!”

Yes, it is!

When asked if she would be returning for the second season of "Scream Queens," she said, "I don't know, we will have to just wait and see..."

Tatyana Ali chopped it up with TheYBF.com about the struggle to slow herself down during her first pregnancy.  But she's proving she will juggle being a working mom and wife flawlessly.  Find out what she told us inside….

We’ve seen her grow up right before our eyes when she rose to fame after starring on the hit comedy series “Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.” Now, she’s all grown up and starting her own family. The 37-year-old actress is gearing up to give birth to her first child and she’s engaged to her longtime beau Dr. Vaughn Rasberry.  But chick is proving she can juggle it all.

She's burning up the promo trail promoting her new thriller Second Sight while pregnant with her first baby.  And she's telling us all about it!

While she’s pretty used to making press rounds, this time she’s treading unfamiliar waters promoting a film while pregnant.

The soon-to-be mom dished to TheYBF.com about what it’s like having to work while carrying around a baby bump saying:

“I’ve been working since I was 4 years old pretty much straight, so it’s kind of interesting. It’s like ‘Ok, I have to calm down? What does that mean?’ So, I’m very blessed. I feel very lucky that we have this promotional stuff to do before the premiere because it’s fun. It’s what I love.”

Tatyana, who will play a devoted teacher named Cara Randall whose gift of “prophesy” leaves her haunted by premonitions of horrific kidnappings, explains:

“I usually can go 100 miles a minute,” Tatyana tells TheYBF.com.  “Traveling here and there. Hop on this plane, get on another plane. Up at 4 in the morning and go all day. I have learned that I have to slow down just a little bit. I have to schedule naps in....walk with food....”

Ha!  We can imagine! Those cravings are nothing to play with.

She continued,

“It’s actually fun to be able to promote something that I’m so proud of and that we worked so hard on. I can’t really work as an actor right now unless it was for a day and the character was pregnant. It’s an interesting time.”

It's definitely an exciting time for her and her soon-to-be husband.

We were excited to hear Harriet Tubman would be the first woman to cover U.S. currency. Now, we know why we won’t be able to get our hands on the new $20 bills until 2020. We've got the scoop directly from Secretary of the Treasury Jacob J. Lew. Find out what he said inside….

We were all squealing #BlackGirlMagic when it was announced that iconic abolitionist Harriet Tubman would be replacing Andrew Jackson on the $20 bill. It was then revealed the new $20’s wouldn’t be available until 2020.

So what’s the hold up?  Some folks around the net were up in arms with the belief they were purposely making us wait.  We even saw a few comments that the new $20's would never come into fruition anyway.  But we've learned it's definitely happening, and there's a couple significant reasons behind the wait.

During a conference call with Secretary of the Treasury Jacob J. Lew, TheYBF.com learned about the exact process of printing new bills and why it takes so long to do so. Especially these days.  And it's all because of the intricate process of printing currency.

Secretary Lew shared:

“It’s a very significant technological project to produce money nowadays because the way we prevent counterfeiting is through a lot of ways people can’t see or feel, but that is a research in development as well as a production challenge. I have directed the Bureau of Engraving and Printing to work as quickly as possible consistent with meeting the security requirements, which are first and foremost our responsibility."

With the way we protect our currency from scammers, it’s a tedious process to add new designs.

He also revealed how the process of selecting the imagery is a tough one saying:

“We started thinking about the $20’s $10’s & the $5 and the images we could include. It’s a long difficult process because you’re going through both different ideas and then you have to think about images that would be appropriate and go through the design process that’s still underway. It’s an evolutionary process.”

The 2020 date is also significant because it will mark the 100th anniversary of the women’s suffrage movement and the anniversary of the passing of the 19th amendment, which gave women the right to vote.

So why Harriet Tubman?

Secretary Lew said Harriet’s story is one of the greatest American stories that exudes America’s values and democracy. He said choosing Harriet to be on the $20 bill is "one of his proudest decisions."

While we were told there were several good candidates who could have been placed on the new $20, he felt Harriet’s story was the most compelling in hopes it could continue the conversation of celebrating women who have made an impact on our nation.

As for some of the new designs on the other bills…

Reportedly, several YBF historical figures will be reportedly be featured on our money. Secretary Lew didn't yet confirm, but we're hearing rumblings that women’s rights activist Sojourner Truth is expected to appear on the back of the $10 bill along with a handful of other women’s rights activists.

Civil rights leader Martin Luther King Jr. and opera singer Marian Anderson will reportedly be featured on the back of the $5 alongside former First Lady Eleanor Roosevelt. Nice!

Toya Wright is opening up about that hall pass she gave to her estranged husband MempHitz in an effort to save their marriage. You won’t believe why she did it. Find out inside….

Remember when Toya Wright revealed she gave her estranged husband MempHitz an 8-day hall pass to cheat on BRAVO’s “Untying the Knot?” Yeah, we gave her the uber side-eye for that.

Well now, the estranged couple is on another reality show trying to salvage what’s left of their troubled marriage. The Wrights are starring on the new season of “Marriage Bootcamp: Reality Stars” that’s set to return June 3rd.

In the exclusive sneak peek, Toya and MempHitz were put in the hot seat to try and get to the bottom of why the two are no longer happy in their relationship.

The hall pass issue was brought up and that’s when the Garb Boutique owner tried to explain why she decided to give him a pass to cheat. She said she was using reversed psychology on him when she gave the former Sony exec a pass to cheat. Toya said she knows MempHitz's personality and thought if she told him he COULD cheat that he wouldn’t. Oh.

It's clear this hall pass idea wasn’t a good one. We have to ask, would you give your partner a pass to cheat?

Trina Braxton is known to date anything but black, but all that has changed.  And her sisters -- namely Tamar Braxton and Towanda Braxton -- even made a song about her newfound love for black men for tonight's episode of "Braxton Family Values."  Ha!  Get it inside....

Newly divorced Trina Braxton has said herself she has a preference for white men (and apparently, based on her ex-husband, Latino men too).  Her family always gives her hell about it.  Sometimes lighthearted, sometimes...not.

In tonight's episode of "Braxton Family Values," Trina and her random Canadian accent have had a change of heart.  The singer and Bar Chix owner has now dipped into the pool of black love.  She's got a new man, and her sisters cracked mad congratulatory jokes about it all.  Ha!

Also on tonight's episode, Towanda reveals to Trina that she’s secretly auditioning for a prestigious acting school in LA and that's why she's been on the west coast so much. Toni shares her biopic movie with her sisters, but Tamar isn't having it with who's playing her. And Trina sees a therapist in LA to deal with her sister issues, but her own sisters aren't taking her seriously.

We've got exclusive details about the "The Haves and the Have Nots" star Tika Sumpter's baby on the way inside....

It's a girl for Tika Sumpter!  TheYBF.com has exclusively learned that the beautiful actress will be welcoming a tiny mini-me this fall. 

Our sources also tell us the baby shower is set for this August, and the mom-to-be has already sent out the invites.

Tika, who will star in the upcoming Presidential inspired love story Southside with You, put her baby bump on display for the first time over the weekend during her honorary induction into Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.

While the rest of us were all taken by surprise, she's been keeping the bump hidden (like on her Cabo vacay a couple weeks ago above) until now.  She's much further along than most people realize, we're told.

We can't wait to see the little bundle of joy.  Congrats to Tika!

We love a good cover around these parts.  And R&B powerhouse vocalist KeKe Wyatt has been killing the cover game lately.  We've got the first look at her and her brother Keever's remake of the socially conscious classic "What's Going On" inside...

We all know KeKe Wyatt has the pipes to float over any song.  And apparently, it runs in the family. 

KeKe & her brother Keever West just unveiled their new project where they sing their own take on the 1971 classic that was born out of a tumultuous time during the Civil Rights era.  Perfect timing.

In this installment of #KekeCovers, the singer and Keever serve up perfect vocals along with a super sweet video, directed by Keever, featuring different kinds of love.  The sound is totally sugar for the soul.  Oh, and KeKe flexes her guitar-playing skills in the visuals too.

Just when we thought Trina Braxton was over her ex Gabe Solis....she may be falling right back into the way things were.  Deets inside...

So, it looks like Trina Braxton is back on the Gabe train.  Yep, her ex husband who she feels, thanks to PLENTY of proof, cheated on her multiple times.  After rumors of him roaming the internet sites for trans sex partners took over the net, it all seemed to be the last straw for the Braxton sister.  Now, on tonight's episode of "Braxton Family Values," she's considering getting that old thing back.  The two have been officially divorced since April 2015 and have been estranged for a few years.

Gabe also crashes a sister lunch & they do not hold back when questioning him about the divorce.  So Trina spoke to her mother Mama Evelyn about it, and it seems like Miss Ev is having some old feelings of her own about Papa Braxton...maybe.

Ms. Robbie's son Tim is speaking out after she sued him late last week over her Sweetie Pie's company.  Find out what he exclusively tells TheYBF.com inside...

The lawsuit filed by Robbie Montgomery on her own son Tim Norman shocked viewers of the "Welcome To Sweetie Pie's" OWN reality show.  Now, Tim is speaking to TheYBF.com about what's really behind the mother and son team now being at odds.

As previously reported, Ms. Robbie and Sweetie Pies Inc. are claiming James T. Norman (Tim) misappropriated her accounts and funds in connection with his management of their restaurant on Manchester Ave around their hometown in Missouri.

Ms. Robbie asserted in court docs that Tim used the funds to open three Sweetie Pie restaurants; one in North Hollywood, California, one in Berkeley, Missouri and one in Florissant, Missouri. The suit also accuses Tim of violating Sweetie Pie’s' trademarks.  He has recently tweeted about "TJ's Sweetie Pies."

Now, Tim tells us that the legal battle with his mother is not what people think.  He says he's actually trying to protect the Sweetie Pies brand as there are "outsiders" manipulating his mother into selling the company.  Tim tells us, not on his watch!

“In this turn of events, unfortunately, outsiders appear to be misguiding and manipulating my mother to sell our family business," Tim emotionally tells TheYBF.com today.  "It’s complicated, to say the least, as we have joint interest in various facets of the Sweetie Pies brand. I have to stay true to our brand and our business and I truly hope this disagreement can be settled between my mother and me."

He's still hoping the family can remain a unit and says he only wants what's best for his mother. 

"I have always, and will always, want what is best for my mother, our family, and our people," Tim tells us.  "This is the risk of doing business with loved ones and I am hopeful for swift resolution.”

Risky indeed.

Tim's lawyer also tells us that both sides tried to work things out without getting attorneys involved.  Apparently, resolving things amongst themselves hasn't worked.

Mary Ann L. Wymore Greensfelder of Hemker & Gale, P.C. said to us in a statement today:

"The allegations leveled by Robbie Montgomery against her son, Tim Norman, are both meritless and disappointing. Tim has worked tirelessly alongside his mother to help build the Sweetie Pie's brand. While we strongly encouraged Ms. Montgomery's attorneys to work with us to attempt to resolve this family dispute pre-litigation, they refused to do so. We will now defend this lawsuit vigorously and are confident that Tim will be vindicated."

Tim also took to his social media today saying:

The back and forth and legals battles surrounding K. Michelle's accusations that Memphitz hit her while they were a couple just got bumped to the forefront again.

Well well well.

On tomorrow night's episode of "Marriage Boot Camp," MempHitz submits to a lie detector test to appease his soon-to-be ex-wife Toya Wright.  He's asked the question if he's ever hit a woman, and whether you want to believe the results or not, it's interesting to say the least.

His ex girlfriend K.Michelle tossed out allegations time after time that he was physically abusive to her during their relationship.  The accusations caused many-a-fight between K. and Toya and K. and MempHitz.  Memph filed a defamation suit against K. last year and VH1 where she made the claims on her reality show, but he lost.

Now, during their time on "Marriage Boot Camp," Toya and Memphitz get a scientific answer to whether he's guilty or not.  Check out the answer below:

Toya filed for divorce late last week.  Meanwhile, MempHitz posted the below yesterday.  He's letting the world know he still has feelings for Toya:
